Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LogiMove, a sole proprietorship (“LogiMove,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit our website or buy our Products. We are located at Imus City, Cavite, Philippines, and we sell to customers in the United States. It applies to the LogiMove website and checkout, our emails and our support. Our Terms of Service apply too.
Short version: we collect what we need to take your payment, send your files and support you. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use Meta’s advertising tools, which under some state laws counts as “sharing” for advertising. You can turn that off on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
1. Information we collect
In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and contact details: your email address (which you give us in the first step of checkout, before you pay, so we can send your file; if you do not finish paying we do not email you marketing unless you ticked the marketing box), and the name, phone number and billing address you give our payment platform Whop, our payment platform, which passes some of them to us.
- Commercial information: the plan and add-ons you bought, order total, order ID, date, payment status and refund history. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Internet and device information: IP address, browser type and user-agent, pages viewed, referring page and advertising identifiers or cookies (such as Meta’s _fbp and _fbc), and download activity for the files you bought.
- Communications and email preferences: emails and messages you send us; whether you chose to receive marketing emails, when and where you chose it (checkout or a free-download sign-up page); and, for emails we send, whether they were delivered, opened or clicked.
We do not intentionally collect “sensitive personal information” as defined in state privacy laws (such as government ID numbers, precise location, or health information), and we ask you not to send it to us. We do not collect data about children.
2. Where it comes from
Directly from you (checkout, emails), automatically from your browser or device through cookies and similar technologies, and from service providers like Whop that confirm your payment and send us the order details.
3. Why we use it
- to process your order, deliver downloads and send receipts and order notices;
- to provide support, handle refunds and resolve disputes or chargebacks;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure;
- to measure and improve our website and advertising (see Section 5);
- to send updates to customers who bought Future Updates, and service messages;
- to send you marketing emails (tips, product news and offers) if you chose to receive them, and to keep a record of that choice;
- to keep records and meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not make decisions about you using automated profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we disclose it to
- Whop, our payment platform, whose secure checkout is embedded on our checkout page. It collects your payment details and processes your payment, and its own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: our email marketing platform (currently MailerLite), our transactional email service that sends receipts and download links (currently Resend), our database and secure file storage provider (currently Supabase), our website hosting provider (currently Vercel) and our business mailbox provider. They may use the data only to provide their services to us. Some of them store data in the United States or other countries.
- Meta Platforms for advertising measurement (Section 5).
- Professional advisers, authorities and others when required by law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to respond to a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or transferred, subject to this policy.
5. Cookies, advertising and “sharing” (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
We use the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta’s Conversions API from our server to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested in them. To do this we send Meta event data such as the pages you view, the products and value of your cart or purchase, your IP address, browser details, advertising cookies and, for purchases, your email address in hashed (one-way encrypted) form and billing details your processor provides.
Some state laws treat this kind of disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, but we disclose the categories above (identifiers, commercial information and internet or device information) to Meta for this purpose. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How to opt out: use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. When you opt out, the Meta Pixel does not load, our server does not send events about you to Meta, and we delete our advertising cookies on your browser. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request for that browser. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them. You can also adjust your preferences in your Meta account’s ad settings and block cookies in your browser. Your opt-out is stored in your browser, so you will need to repeat it on each browser or device or if you clear your browser data.
6. Email
Order emails. We send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links, refund notices, support replies) and may include a one-time offer related to your purchase, such as an upgrade link in your receipt. You cannot opt out of transactional emails about an order you placed.
Marketing emails. We send marketing emails only to people who ask for them: by ticking the marketing box at checkout or by signing up for a free download or newsletter. Buying from us does not require you to join our marketing list. Every marketing email includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing vaurenworks@gmail.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and within 10 business days at the latest, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again.
Tracking in emails. Our email platform uses a small image and tracked links to tell us whether a marketing email was opened or clicked, so we can see what is useful. You can limit this by blocking images in your email app. We may stop emailing people who no longer open our emails.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment-reference records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes and legal claims, and as long as the law of the Philippines or the United States requires. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful to resolve your matter and for our records. If you joined our marketing list, we keep your email address, your consent record and your email activity until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, plus the suppression record described in Section 6. When a record is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including collecting card details only in Whop’s payment form rather than on our servers. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information by email.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we have about you, and the categories of sources, purposes and recipients;
- request a portable copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example records we must keep);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be discriminated against for using your rights.
How to make a request. Email vaurenworks@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, tell us which right you want to use and the email address you used to order. To opt out of sharing and targeted advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices page. We will verify your identity by matching the information you give us to our order records, and we may ask for more details. We respond within 45 days (we may extend by another 45 days if we tell you why). An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission, and we may confirm it with you. Making a request is free, but we may decline requests that are excessive or that the law does not require us to honor.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our email with “Appeal” in the subject within 60 days. We will respond in writing within 45 days and, if we deny the appeal, explain how you can contact your state attorney general.
California “Shine the Light.” We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Nevada: we do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines “sale.”
10. Children
Our website and Products are for adults running businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for sale or sharing). If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Where your information is processed
We operate from the Philippines, and our providers may process data in the Philippines, the United States and other countries. By using the site and buying from us, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in those places, which may have different data-protection laws than your state. We also handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 where it applies.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to tell you, for example by email.
