1. Tools, not advice
LogiMove files, guides, checklists and playbooks are spreadsheet tools and general information for trucking companies and owner-operators. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety or regulatory advice, and we are not your attorney, accountant, insurer, safety consultant or licensing agency. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
2. Rules differ by state
Laws and rules about IFTA and fuel taxes, IRP and registration, DOT and FMCSA requirements, inspections, hours of service, driver classification and pay, taxes and consumer protection differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Any IFTA, inspection, deadline, maintenance or compliance feature, checklist or guide is an organizing aid only. It may not match the rules where you work. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you and meeting every deadline.
3. Your numbers drive the results
The files calculate from what you type in. Rates, costs, margins, balances, gallons and forecasts are only as accurate as your inputs and your choices. They are not a quote guarantee, a profit guarantee or a tax or filing calculation. Check totals before you send anything to a customer, broker, driver, agency or accountant, and keep backups of your files.
4. Software and compatibility
The files are built for Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet programs and older versions may not support every feature. We are not responsible for loss caused by changes you make to the files, third-party software, or data you enter.
5. No affiliation
LogiMove is independently operated. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Whop, Meta, any carrier, broker, load board, IFTA, Inc., DOT, FMCSA or other government agency. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
